Real Madrid injury, suspension update vs. Barcelona: Will Rodrygo, Thibaut Courtois be available?

Sports Mole rounds up Real Madrid's injury and suspension news ahead of their La Liga clash with Barcelona.

Real Madrid will be aiming to make it four straight wins in all competitions when they welcome Barcelona to Bernabeu on Saturday evening for the latest instalment of El Clasico.

Carlo Ancelotti's side recorded a 2-1 victory over Celta Vigo in the league last weekend, and they are currently second in the La Liga table, three points behind the leaders Barcelona.

Los Blancos were in Champions League action on Tuesday evening, meanwhile, coming from two goals behind to record a 5-2 victory over Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund in the Spanish capital.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Real Madrid's injury and suspension news ahead of their contest with Barcelona, who have proven themselves to be the standout side in La Liga thus far this season.

Possible return date: Unknown

Real Madrid revealed on Wednesday that Courtois had suffered an adductor injury while facing Dortmund, and the Belgium international, who has only just returned to action, could now be missing for the next two to three weeks.
