James Tomkins thrilled by West Ham United victory

West Ham United defender James Tomkins expresses his delight at Sunday's shock 3-0 win against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

West Ham United defender James Tomkins has expressed his delight at Sunday's 3-0 win at Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

The Hammers caused a huge upset at White Hart Lane as they brushed aside their London rivals thanks to goals from Winston Reid, Ricardo Vaz Te and Ravel Morrison.

"Coming to White Hart Lane and getting the three points in the style we did was massive for us and it's not often you'll come here and win 3-0," Tomkins told the club's official website.

"The lads put a big shift in and we can all take credit for the victory because you won't see many teams come here and win like we have."

Sunday's win has seen West Ham climb up to 13th place in the Premier League table.
