Fly-half Rhys Priestland is the only Welsh injury worry ahead of their semi-final clash with France.

Warren Gatland has delayed the announcement of his squad to take on France in the Rugby World Cup semi-finals until the extent of fly-half Rhys Priestland's shoulder injury becomes clearer.

Priestland, who has taken over the mantle of first-choice number 10 from veteran Stephen Jones, injured his shoulder during Wales's quarter-final victory over Ireland.

The 24-year-old has been wearing a sling since Sunday and has not responded to treatment from the Welsh medical team.

Lock Luke Charteris, captain Sam Warburton and centre Jamie Roberts also picked up knocks during the clash, but they are all likely to be fit for the semi-final.

Warren Gatland is expected to announce his team tomorrow (Thursday).
