American John Isner has moved up to tenth in the latest ATP world rankings.

The 26-year-old enjoyed a largely successful March, culminating in a run to the final of Indian Wells, where he was eventually defeated by former world number one Roger Federer.

Isner's rise has come at the expense of Juan Martin Del Potro, who has slipped down to 11th.

Elsewhere, Novak Djokovic remains top of the standings, followed by Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Andy Murray.
