Jack Wilshere starts for Arsenal

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere starts for the club in their Under-21 clash with West Bromwich Albion.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere will make his long-awaited return from injury in the club's Under-21 clash with West Bromwich Albion this afternoon.

The 20-year-old, who has suffered with a succession of ankle and knee injuries, starts for Arsenal as they clash with the Midlands club.

Wilshere has not played for the Gunners since limping out of their pre-season clash with New York Red Bulls 14 months ago.

The England international is not yet available for first-team action.
