Preview: Millwall vs. Wigan Athletic

Sports Mole looks ahead to the Championship clash between Millwall and Wigan Athletic on Saturday.

Millwall will be looking to continue their strong home form when managerless Wigan Athletic visit The Den on Saturday.

The Lions extended their unbeaten run on home soil to six matches when they held Nottingham Forest to a 2-2 draw on Tuesday evening.

Wigan have dropped to 14th place in the Championship after three consecutive defeats, with the latest coming against Leeds United in midweek.

Millwall boss Steve Lomas will be without midfielder Nicky Bailey, who has been ruled out until the New Year with a knee ligament injury.

Wigan duo James McClean and Callum McManaman could be brought into the side at the expense of Jean Beausejour and Nick Powell respectively.
