Performance director Alexei Evangulov reveals that Tom Daley and Peter Waterfield's partnership is certain to continue.

Great British diving performance director Alexei Evangulov has confirmed that Tom Daley and Peter Waterfield will remain partners until at least the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Recent reports had claimed that 15-year-old Daniel Goodfellow had been lined up to begin training alongside Daley with the next Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in mind.

However, Evangulov's latest revelation has suggested that Daley and Waterfield will continue through to Brazil.

"Pete Waterfield will remain as Tom Daley's partner in the platform synchro," Evangulov told Press Association Sport. "They are a good team together as we saw at the Olympics Games."

The duo finished fourth at the recent Games in London.
