Aaron Ramsey to start for Arsenal in FA Cup semi-final against Wigan Athletic

Arsene Wenger reveals that Aaron Ramsey is "ready" to start for Arsenal in Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against Wigan Athletic.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that midfielder Aaron Ramsey is "ready" to start against Wigan Athletic in Saturday's FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.

The Wales international made his first appearance since December as a substitute in last Sunday's 3-0 defeat to Everton.

After recovering from a thigh injury, Ramsey is now prepared to return to the Gunners' starting XI as they try to knock out the FA Cup holders in a bid to reach the final and end their eight-year trophy drought.

Meanwhile, this weekend's game is too early for Mesut Ozil, who is also expected to sit out of Tuesday's clash against West Ham United, but could return away to Hull City next Saturday.
