Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer rumours, including Goncalo Ramos to Paris Saint-Germain and Alvaro Morata to Juventus.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly closing in on the signing of Benfica striker Goncalo Ramos.

The 22-year-old has quickly become one of the most sought-after centre-forwards in Europe after coming up with 27 goals and 12 assists in 47 games across all competitions last season.

Ramos's efforts helped Benfica win the Primeira Liga title, while he also scored a memorable hat-trick in the last 16 of the 2022 World Cup for Portugal against Switzerland.

Manchester United and Newcastle United have previously been linked with a move for Ramos, but according to Fabrizio Romano, the marksman is set to end up at the Parc des Princes.

PSG are expected to pay a total package of €80m (£69m) for Ramos, which will comprise €65m (£56.1m) upfront with an additional €15m (£12.9m) in add-ons.

Ramos has supposedly agreed to a five-year deal with PSG, who are also close to making Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele their ninth signing of the summer.

The Portuguese's arrival in Paris could spell danger for current PSG striker Hugo Ekitike, who is apparently on the radar of no fewer than four clubs, including West Ham United and Nottingham Forest.

The 21-year-old burst onto the scene with Reims in the 2021-22 season and was heavily linked with a move to Newcastle before PSG signed him on an initial loan deal.

Ekitike only managed four goals and four assists in 32 games during an underwhelming debut season, but his move was converted into a permanent deal for €28.5m (£24.6m) earlier this summer.

However, according to RMC Sport, PSG are already looking to sell the Frenchman, who could be at the centre of a four-way transfer tussle in what remains of the summer window.

West Ham and Forest are supposedly keen to bring him to the Premier League, but the English duo could face stiff continental competition from Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen.

PSG are also being tipped to include Ekitike in a player-plus-cash deal for Eintracht Frankfurt's Randal Kolo Muani, but plans to sign the ex-Nantes man could be placed on ice if Ramos arrives as planned.

Alongside Ekitike, Juventus are said to have earmarked Atletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata as a possible alternative to Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku.

The Bianconeri hijacked Inter Milan's talks with Blues outcast Lukaku, who has supposedly agreed personal terms with Massimiliano Allegri's side, but they are yet to agree on a fee.

A part-exchange transfer involving Dusan Vlahovic has been mooted, but should the Old Lady fail to financially appease the West London club, Morata could return for a third stint in Turin.

A report from Calciomercato - via the Daily Mail - claims that Morata has given the green light to a Juventus homecoming, despite recently penning an extension with Atletico until 2026.

The 30-year-old previously represented Juve between 2014 and 2016, before rejoining on a two-season loan from Atletico between 2020 and 2022, totalling 59 goals and 39 assists in 185 matches across those two spells.

Morata enjoyed another respectable goalscoring campaign last term with 15 efforts from 45 appearances, and the former Chelsea marksman was also briefly linked with a switch to Inter Milan.

Finally, Arsenal youngster Nathan Butler-Oyedeji is reportedly attracting interest from three clubs keen to take the Hale End graduate on loan for the 2023-24 campaign.

The 20-year-old enjoyed his first foray into first-team football with Accrington Stanley in the second half of last season, but he failed to score or assist in 11 appearances.

Nevertheless, Butler-Oyedeji came up with two goals and one assist in 14 Premier League 2 affairs, while making the bench for the first team in the Premier League and FA Cup.

According to Football Insider, Arsenal have given the green light for the striker to go out on loan next season, and all of Ross County, Cheltenham Town and Cambridge United have shown an interest.

However, the British trio could be facing competition from German second-tier teams, as well as clubs from Denmark and Belgium hoping to strike a loan deal for the youngster.

Butler-Oyedeji has been a member of Arsenal's setup since the age of eight and penned his first professional deal with the club in 2021.
