Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that he is interested in trying to sign Germany international Marco Reus.
Reus scored Germany's fourth goal as they beat Greece in the quarter-finals of Euro 2012 and is now preparing to face Italy in last four on Thursday.
However, Reus agreed to sign for German champions Borussia Dortmund in January after they paid Borussia Monchengladbach £14m for the player before loaning him back to his old club, for whom he scored 21 goals last season.
Despite not having kicked a ball for his new employers, Wenger will do all he can to bring Reus to the Emirates Stadium.
When asked by fellow TF1 analyst Bixente Lizarazu if he was "on the case" about signing Reus, Wenger replied: "Yes."
However it is unlikely that Reus will be leaving Dortmund after they sold Shinji Kagawa to Manchester United last week.
