Wes Foderingham hints at Birmingham City move

Free agent Wes Foderingham hints that he would consider a move to Birmingham City.

Former Swindon Town goalkeeper Wes Foderingham has hinted that he would consider a move to Birmingham City.

The 24-year-old was released by Swindon last week and is said to have attracted the attention of numerous Championship sides.

Birmingham are believed to be the favourites for his signature.

When asked about the potential interest from the Blues, Foderingham told FLIC Sport: "It would be a club I would consider - it's a club on the up, a great young manager, a massive club, a massive fan base, so it would be a club I would consider.

"Cads (Paul Caddis) is there and he was fantastic for us at Swindon. I've spoken to him briefly and he had great things to say about the club."

Foderingham made 192 appearances for Swindon after joining them in 2011.
