Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has reportedly reiterated that he would like to leave Chelsea for Real Madrid this summer.
Courtois has less than a year remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge, but Chelsea are allegedly unprepared to cash in on the Belgium international until they have found a replacement.
However, new Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri said on Sunday that he would wait to speak to Courtois before commenting on his future, but it appears that a conversation has taken place between the pair.
According to ESPN, Courtois has told his boss that he would like to complete a switch to Bernabeu in order to be closer to his family, who live in the city.
Real are said to be prepared to pay £32m for Courtois, and the 26-year-old's agent has claimed that an offer has been made 'for Chelsea to accept'.
Should Courtois leave and Chelsea not secure a replacement, Willy Caballero would become number one with veteran Robert Green and unproven Marcin Bulka providing backup.
