Mile Jedinak: 'New manager must keep Keith Millen'

Crystal Palace captain Mile Jedinak says that the next manager of the club must keep Keith Millen on their coaching staff.

Crystal Palace captain Mile Jedinak has said that the next manager of the club must retain Keith Millen on their coaching staff.

Millen is currently undertaking his third spell in caretaker charge of the Eagles following the sacking of Neil Warnock on Saturday.

Alan Pardew will reportedly succeed Warnock at Selhurst Park, but Jedinak hopes that Millen will stay.

"There is no doubt - he is respected by the players," the 30-year-old told the Croydon Advertiser.

"Will he get the job full-time? I'm not sure. He has full respect from us, we saw that against QPR.

"A lot of that is down to what he said to us and he didn't stray away from things we're not used to. We all knew our roles and responsibilities."

Millen has been at Palace since November 2012.
