Wayne Burnett has been relieved of his duties as manager of Dagenham & Redbridge.
The 44-year-old, who took charge at Victoria Road in February 2013, has paid the price for a run of form that has seen the Daggers win just once in their last 16 outings.
"Both Wayne and the board of Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club felt a change in manager was necessary in order to turn around the team's fortunes," read a statement on the League Two side's official website.
Coaches Warren Hackett and Darren Currie have been placed in temporary charge while the search for Burnett's replacement takes place.
