Italy and Croatia have been charged by UEFA following their recent Euro 2016 qualifier in Milan.

Sunday's match at the San Siro had to be stopped twice by the referee due to a number of incidents involving supporters.

The Croatian Football Federation has been charged with racist behaviour of fans, crowd disturbances and the use of fireworks and missiles.

Meanwhile, the Italian Football Federation has been charged as a result of the fireworks being set off inside the stadium.

The case will be dealt with on December 11 by UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body.

The Group H encounter ended 1-1 after Antonio Candreva's opener was cancelled out by Ivan Perisic.
