Brian McDermott has said that Leeds United are heading in the "right direction" as they begin their festive schedule.
The club sits fifth in the Championship table heading into this afternoon's game against Blackpool at Bloomfield Road.
"I'm pleased with the fact that the club is getting 31,000 people through the turnstiles so we are going in the right direction," Sky Sports News quotes the manager as saying.
"I think that we are going to see that improvement as the season goes on. We are certainly resilient and we have got a good record at home.
"We won the last away game 3-0 and we want to go into these next two away games and get points on the board."
Leeds have lost just one of their last six games.
