Leeds United defender Scott Wooton has been ruled out of Saturday's encounter with Middlesbrough in the Championship due to a twisted ankle.
The 22-year-old sustained the problem during his side's 4-2 defeat at Charlton Athletic two weeks ago.
"I don't think the pitch helped and he won't be ready for Saturday," manager Brian McDermott told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
"He'll be out for a while but I'm not really able to put a timescale on it."
Leeds are currently in eighth place in the Championship table, one point off the playoff positions.
