Michu: Iago Aspas to have good season

Swansea striker Michu believes that former teammate Iago Aspas is to have a good season at Liverpool.

Swansea City striker Michu believes that former Celta Vigo teammate Iago Aspas will have a good season ahead of his side's clash with Liverpool on Monday night.

Michu has apparently stayed in contact with Aspas after the midfielder left to join Rayo Vallecano in 2011.

"I think he's really good and is going to have a good season. I want to play against him," Michu told Swansea's official club website.

"Liverpool is going to be a difficult game. They are really strong, but we need to get three points at home."

Swansea welcome Liverpool to the Liberty Stadium on Monday, with Brendan Rodgers and his side looking to continue their unbeaten start to the season.
