Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has set himself a target of scoring 30 goals this season.
The Senegalese international has netted once in the first three Premier League games, scoring in the second half of Liverpool's 2-0 win over Burnley.
Last season Mane scored 16 goals for the Reds, while his biggest tally in one campaign was 26 in 2018-19.
Speaking to Liverpool's matchday programme, quoted in Goal, Mane said: "I want to score goals, and set up teammates, even to score 30 goals.
"I was so disappointed with last season, and passionately so, as I thought I could have done more. Whereas I might have been scoring between 18 and 22 goals a season, then on that occasion it was no longer the case so, of course, I was going to be disappointed."
The 29-year-old needs to score just twice more in a red shirt to reach a century of goals for Liverpool; he is currently 18th in the list of the club's all-time top goalscorers.
