Juventus to bid for Luis Suarez?

A report in Italy suggests that Juventus will make a bid for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez should the Turin club lose Paul Pogba.

Juventus could make a bid for Luis Suarez if they lose Paul Pogba, according to a report in Italy.

The Bianconeri are said to have no intention of selling French midfielder Pogba, but La Gazzetta Dello Sport has suggested that should they lose the former Manchester United player, then they have several fallback options, one of which involves tabling a large bid for the Liverpool frontman.

The Italian newspaper also claims that Atletico Madrid forward Diego Costa, Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema and Mario Mandzukic could be on the shopping list as well, with the latter's position at Bayern Munich being jeopardised by the arrival of Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski in the summer.

Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be the most likely side to launch a bid for Pogba.
