Norwich City boss Chris Hughton has said that he has no concerns with starting Mark Bunn against Southampton on Wednesday.
The reserve goalkeeper is in line to start the game after it was revealed that John Ruddy is struggling with a thigh injury.
"We would have no worries at all about bringing in Mark," said Hughton.
"When we brought him in originally that was the exact reason, because of his experience, which allows the two youngsters we have here to go out and get some games.
"Whether John plays really depends on the scan. He is reasonably sore at the moment. We certainly wouldn't want to rule anything out until we know for definite."
The 28-year-old left Blackburn Rovers to move to Carrow Road in the summer.
