Harry Kane backing Tottenham Hotspur to bounce back

Harry Kane insists that his Tottenham Hotspur team will bounce back from their defeat at West Ham United in this weekend's Premier League clash with Arsenal.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has insisted that his team will recover from Wednesday's 1-0 defeat at West Ham United.

Victory at Upton Park would have taken Spurs to the top of the Premier League table ahead of Saturday's North London derby with Arsenal.

Michail Antonio secured all the points for the Hammers with an early header, however, as Spurs lost on the road in the league for just the second time this season.

Mauricio Pochettino's team will welcome Arsenal to White Hart Lane on Saturday and Kane, who is currently playing with a broken nose, is confident that there will be a response.

"There's a long way to go in the league and we're staying focused. Of course we have enough energy for the rest of the season. We're one of the fittest teams in the league, so if anyone can cope with it, we can," Kane told Sky Sports News.

"It's another big derby game on Saturday and we're looking forward to it. We've been good at home in recent times so we've just got to keep playing the way we have. We're confident. We feel we can beat anyone in the league."

Three of the Premier League's top four, including Arsenal and Manchester City, all lost on Wednesday night.
