Gareth McAuley signs new West Bromwich Albion deal

West Bromwich Albion defender Gareth McAuley signs a new one-year contract to remain at the club for the 2015-16 season.

West Bromwich Albion have announced that Gareth McAuley has signed a new one-year contract to extend his stay at the club.

The defender was out of contract following the 2014-15 campaign, in which he made 37 appearances in all competitions for the Baggies.

The new deal will keep the Northern Ireland international, who joined West Brom in 2011, with Tony Pulis's side throughout next season.

McAuley has played 138 times for the club since completing his move from Ipswich Town.
