Former Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Graham Taylor has called on fans to get behind new temporary boss Terry Connor.
The 49-year-old was named on Friday as the successor to Mick McCarthy until the end of the season.
"A section of supporters will have decided Terry's not the man for the job, but everyone at the club has to pull together," Taylor told BBC Sport.
"While some will not agree with the appointment, that should be put to one side for the rest of the season."
Connor takes Wolves to Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday.
