Hull Kingston Rovers have completed the signing of Wigan Warriors prop James Greenwood on a two-year deal, following a loan spell at the East Yorkshire club.
The 24-year-old - who joined Wigan from South Wales Scorpions in 2013 - made 13 appearances for the Robins after joining the club in May, following similar loan spells at London Broncos and Salford Red Devils.
Speaking to the club's official website, Greenwood said: "I've enjoyed every minute of my loan period here and I think this is a great opportunity for me.
"It wasn't easy to leave Wigan, I have a lot of respect for what they did for me and the way they brought me through their academy, but I felt it was time for a change and I'm looking to kick on now at Hull KR.
"We want to be competing in that top eight next year and it's a massive opportunity now for the younger players like myself to step up to the plate."
Hull KR secured their Super League place for 2016 after finishing top of the Super 8s Qualifiers table, having won all seven of their fixtures in the series.
