Harlequins winger Tom Williams has no doubts that his side can get back to winning trophies this season.
Quins won the Aviva Premiership title in 2012 as well as the Amlin Challenge Cup the previous year, but were unable to retain their domestic crown last term.
Ahead of his 200th appearance for the club, Williams feels that both he and Quins can repeat their success if they find some consistency.
"I've been at the club a long time, and it's taken a while to sort my position and selection out," he told reporters. "I've almost had to reinvent myself with Mike Brown being an exceptional full-back. The game has come on so much over a period of time, the position of wing has changed an awful lot.
"Someone who I am likely to be facing at the weekend, Chris Ashton, has revolutionised the way wingers play so as a player you have to adapt, and have that longevity. Hopefully there are more appearances to come, obviously it was a great year in 2012 winning the Premiership, it was certainly a highlight along with winning the Amlin Cup.
"If we put your game plan onto the pitch, and are consistent, then we can repeat the success, but it's about consistency. We weren't consistent last year, but if you look at the league table there's no easy game anymore."
