Andy Murray admits injury struggle

Andy Murray says that a knee injury will not prevent him from taking on Novak Djokovic in the semi-finals of the Dubai Championships.

British number one Andy Murray has admitted that he has been dealing with a knee injury throughout the Dubai Championships.

The 24-year-old is due to face Novak Djokovic for the first time since the Australian Open in another semi-final bout after the Scotsman defeated Tomas Berdych today.

"I have had a little problem with it for most of the year so far," Murray told Sky Sports News. "It was there in Brisbane. It is going to come and go and I have got to try and get it better.

"It is not something that stops me playing, it is just annoying. It is something I want to get rid of but it does not stop me getting around the court. It is just uncomfortable at times."

Djokovic booked his spot in the semi-final clash after overcoming Janko Tipsarevic in the quarter-finals.
