Novak Djokovic fights back to beat John Isner

World number two Novak Djokovic beats John Isner in three sets to move through to the quarter-finals of the Paris Masters.

Novak Djokovic has progressed through to the quarter-finals of the Paris Masters after a three-set win over John Isner.

The world number two lost the opening set on a tie-break, but the Serbian recovered to record a 6-7 6-1 6-2 victory over the American.

Djokovic wasted six opportunities to break serve during the first set, and he was made to pay as Isner took control in the tie-break.

However, Djokovic outclassed the number 13 seed during the next two sets, breaking serve four times before completing the win with a love-service game.

Djokovic will play Stanislas Wawrinka for a place in the semi-finals.
