David Ferrer drops just three games on his way to defeating Filip Krajinovic in Barcelona.

David Ferrer recorded his first win of the clay court season against Serbia's Filip Krajinovic in Barcelona this afternoon.

The Spaniard began the encounter in positive form and didn't drop a single game on his way to a 6-0 success in the opening set.

Krajinovic put up more resistance in the second set as both players traded serve to make the score three games apiece.

However, Ferrer broke Krajinovic's next service game to open up a 4-3 advantage, before going on to wrap a 6-0 6-3 victory.
