Arsenal winger Theo Walcott will hold talks with manager Arsene Wenger over what position he will play before signing a new contract, according to reports.
The Englishman has spent the majority of his career on the wing but he is keen to play more games as a striker.
Walcott has just one year left on his current deal, and The Mirror claims that he will sit down this summer to talk about an extension.
However, he wants to find a balance between playing out wide and up front, as he feels that he is better suited against certain opponents than regular striker Olivier Giroud.
Walcott has been at the club since 2006.
