Sports Mole looks ahead to this weekend's Championship clash between Blackburn Rovers and Crystal Palace.

Crystal Palace can secure a place in the Championship playoffs if they manage to see off Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park this weekend.

Palace have been unable to nab a victory in their last five matches, while Blackburn have had a decent run of three wins in their last four outings.

Blackburn, whose managerial merry-go-round has been the main focal point for the Lancashire club this season, have had a decent run, but they are only five points away from dropping out of the league just 12 months after getting relegated from the English top flight.

Palace were able to get the better of the former Premier League side in the reverse fixture earlier this season with a 2-0 win, but being on home turf, Blackburn will think that they have an advantage.

David Goodwillie is likely to replace Colin Kazim-Richards up front for Blackburn, while the visiting side could employ Aaron Wilbraham and Glenn Murray in attack.
