Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon charged with misconduct by FA

Neil Lennon is charged with misconduct by the Football Association after suggesting that Darren Drysdale was biased towards Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

The Football Association has charged Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon with misconduct for comments that he made after their 4-3 defeat at Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

Lennon described referee Darren Drysdale as an "absolute disgrace" and that he had "never seen a more biased performance from a referee in a long time".

His comments breach FA rule E3(1) and he has until 6pm on Thursday to respond to the charge.

Bolton were leading 2-0 at Loftus Road before QPR mounted a comeback and scored in added time to snatch the points.
