Everton are open to offers for defender Mason Holgate in the upcoming January transfer market, according to a report.
The 25-year-old has played seven times this season in the Premier League, and has been unable to secure a regular spot in the starting lineup.
Despite the fact that he signed a new five-year deal last season to secure his future at Goodison Park, he has yet to convince Rafael Benitez.
According to a report from Football Insider, the Toffees are willing to sell Holgate in January to raise funds to be spent on other players, with a full-back being a target for the club.
Since joining Everton the defender has made 120 appearances, but he is now one name that has been considered internally to be moved if the right offer comes in.
Holgate did get selected by Benitez during their most recent outing against Chelsea, which led to a 1-1 draw, with the Toffees back in action on Sunday against Brighton & Hove Albion.
