Fiorentina will face West Ham United in Wednesday's Europa Conference League final in Prague, and with an almost full squad to choose from, coach Vincenzo Italiano has several selection issues to resolve.

Competition to feature in the trio supporting lone striker Arthur Cabral is particularly fierce, though Nicolas Gonzalez - who scored Fiorentina's final goal of the Serie A season last Friday - should certainly start on the right.

Jonathan Ikone, Christian Kouame, Riccardo Sottil and Riccardo Saponara - whose contract expires this summer - are all in contention for a place on the left flank, while Josip Brekalo would be a wildcard choice by Italiano.

In the 'trequartista' position behind Cabral, Giacomo Bonaventura is favourite over Czech midfielder Antonin Barak to start - the latter, though, scored the Viola's semi-final winner and played at the Fortuna Arena for Slavia Prague before switching to Serie A.

Italiano rotated his resources against Sassuolo last time out, in order to rest several fatigued players following a long route to the finals of both the Conference League and Coppa Italia.

From the XI that started in Reggio-Emilia, third-choice goalkeeper Michele Cerofolini will make way - Pietro Terracciano returns, while his deputy Salvatore Sirigu is sidelined by injury - and both Aleksa Terzic and Luca Ranieri should also drop to the bench.

Captain Cristiano Biraghi comes in for Terzic at left-back, with Nikola Milenkovic replacing Ranieri in the centre of a four-man defence.
