Former striker Steve Claridge has revealed that he can see the Fulham pairing of Dimitar Berbatov and Hugo Rodallega being a force to contend with this season.
Berbatov and Rodallega combined for Fulham's opener in today's 2-1 win at Wigan and Claridge said that the difference in style of the two players will make Fulham a threat.
"On today's evidence, Berbatov and Rodallega can strike up a great partnership for Fulham," Claridge told BBC Sport. "Berbatov's cross played in Rodallega beautifully for the first goal.
"Opposites attract, and they are very different. Berbatov holds the ball up and Rodallega runs in behind."
Fulham have moved up to fourth with the three points from today's win.
