Luke Varney has revealed that he is willing to turn down other Championship clubs to complete a switch to Leeds United.
A number of teams are believed to be interested in the striker, who is a free agent following his release from Portsmouth.
However, the 29-year-old has insisted that he has his heart set on working under manager Neil Warnock at Elland Road.
"The other clubs that have been mentioned are still Championship clubs. But they are not clubs of the size of Leeds," Varney told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
"Neil's got a great record in the Championship and it's something I want to be a part of.
"With coming to Leeds, I can also still get home to see my little child in Leicester and it would be perfect. I'm looking forward to a move to Leeds."
Varney scored eight goals from 30 league outings with Pompey.
