Norwich City are reportedly not prepared to entertain offers lower than £30m for much-coveted right-back Max Aarons, who is being linked with Barcelona and Man United.

Norwich City have reportedly slapped a £30m price tag on the head of in-demand defender Max Aarons.

The right-back saw a move to Barcelona fall through last summer and ultimately remained at Carrow Road, where he has amassed one goal and three assists from 38 Championship starts this season.

The Canaries seem destined to make an immediate return to the top flight after their relegation last season, but Aarons is being tipped to leave regardless of where Norwich ply their trade in the 2021-22 campaign.

Manchester United and Aston Villa are reportedly hoping to strike a deal for the 21-year-old, but according to The Telegraph, it would take a £30m bid for Norwich to allow him to leave.

Aarons remains contracted to Daniel Farke's side until 2024, so Norwich can afford to play hardball over a fee, especially if their promotion push ends up proving successful.

Serie A giants Roma and AC Milan have also been credited with an interest in the England Under-21s international.
