According to Fichajes, long-term admirers Manchester City and Manchester United are joined by Real Madrid in contemplating making a bid.
The report suggests that Kane is regarded as an alternative if Los Blancos do not win the race to sign Borussia Dortmund frontman Erling Braut Haaland.
Furthermore, it is claimed that City may be prepared to spend over €140m (£117m) on Kane this summer, only if they do not sign Haaland.
