Tottenham Hotspur striker Giovani dos Santos has been left out of Mexico's starting XI for their Olympic opener against South Korea.
Manager Luis Fernando Tena has instead opted for a front two consisting of Marco Fabian and Oribe Peralta, both of whom play in the Mexican league.
Meanwhile, Celtic's Sungyueng Ki starts for South Korea, as does Arsenal striker Ju-Young Park.
