Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies has said that Saturday will be a cause for celebration even if his team do not reach the playoffs.
The East Midlands outfit are seventh in the Championship, but are level on points with sixth-placed Bolton Wanderers.
Nigel Pearson brings his Leicester City team, who also have a chance of reaching the playoffs, to the City Ground on Saturday.
Davies believes that his players deserve credit even if their campaign ends without reward.
"It's going to be an exciting day and it's going to be a day of celebration, no matter what happens because these players have been absolutely outstanding," Sky Sports News quotes Davies as saying.
"To be one of four teams going into the last day with a chance of still winning promotion is very exciting and it's been a tremendous effort by the players.
"We will try to pick up the three points and do the best we can against a very difficult side but, like I say, we will celebrate whatever happens. To just be in this position and be in with a chance of possibly getting into the playoffs is a fantastic achievement."
Forest can also catch fifth-placed Crystal Palace.
