West Bromwich Albion chairman John Williams has personally responded to angry Baggies fans following a barrage of emails asking him to sack manager Tony Pulis.
In reply to a number of concerned supporters Williams promised to make decisions to the best of his ability and in the interest of the club.
The chairman's response comes amidst growing pressure on Pulis, with his side having won just twice in their last 20 games.
Two other board members fielded angry supporters' questions about Pulis last week after agreeing to put a special item on the agenda at the Albion Assembly fans' forum.
The Midlands club's Chinese owner Guochuan Lai is flying in specially for their clash with Chelsea on Saturday, with West Brom currently 16th in the Premier League, just one point above the relegation zone.
