Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett has revealed that the club will continue to place emphasis on bringing "young and hungry" players to Molineux.
After an inconsistent start to the season, Wolves have been criticised for their lack of experience, but Jackett has insisted that there are no plans to alter their current transfer policy.
The 53-year-old is quoted by the Express & Star as saying: "On short-term contracts, yes, some experienced players, but it terms of going forward, making sure we get the right balance.
"Adding young and hungry players on longer-term contracts who can help take us forward. Capitalising on our academy is a big part, and will continue to be so."
Wolves travel to Ipswich Town on Saturday afternoon as they look to move into the top half of the Championship table.
