World number one Novak Djokovic has admitted that he is looking forward to his semi-final against Andy Murray at the Dubai Championships.

The Serbian overcame fellow countryman Janko Tipsarevic in straight sets on Thursday, while Murray beat Tomas Berdych by the same margin.

"We played many exciting ones in the last couple of years," said Djokovic. "We are the same age and grew up together and the first time we played each other was at the age of 11. Hopefully we will play another great match."

The pair last faced each other in the semi-finals of the Australian Open, which saw Djokovic edge out Murray in a five-set thriller.
