Edmilson hails Barcelona's forward line

Former Barcelona defender Edmilson hails the strength of the Spanish club's current forward line.

Former Barcelona defender Edmilson has claimed that the Catalan outfit currently have their best attacking trio of all time.

Barca have boasted a number of impressive forward lines in recent years, but Edmilson has said that the current crop of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez is the best of the lot.

"The trident formed by Leo Messi, Neymar, and Luis Suarez is the best trio in Barcelona's history," the Brazilian told Barca TV.

"Everyone in Brazil is happy for Neymar. He's playing fabulously, scoring goals and getting on well with Messi and Suarez."

Barca, who have won their last 10 games in all competitions, face Villarreal in the first leg of their Copa del Rey semi-final on Wednesday evening.
