Liverpool 'eye Munas Dabbur swoop'

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Red Bull Salzburg forward Munas Dabbur.

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Red Bull Salzburg forward Munas Dabbur.

The 26-year-old joined Salzburg from Grasshopper in 2016 and has scored 55 times in 110 appearances for his current club in all competitions.

This term, the striker has registered 20 times in 30 appearances, including six in six Europa League matches.

According to Estadio Deportivo, Liverpool want to sign Dabbur this month with the Israel international announcing his intention to leave Salzburg during the January transfer window.

However, the same report has claimed that Valencia and Fulham are also closely monitoring developments.

Dabbur scored 22 times last season to inspire Salzburg to the Austrian Bundesliga title.
