Ruben Neves suggests that he has no immediate plans to leave Wolverhampton Wanderers, despite speculation regarding a transfer to Chelsea or Manchester United.

Midfielder Ruben Neves has suggested that he sees his immediate future at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Ever since arriving at Molineux in 2017, the Portugal international has been tipped to move to a bigger club, either in the Premier League or Europe.

Speculation persists that Chelsea or Manchester United are preparing to make an official approach for the 24-year-old in the near future.

However, Neves has played down talk of an exit from Wolves, saying that he still "has a lot to give" to the club.

Speaking to Record, Neves said: "It's normal in football. Whenever there's a transfer market, there's a lot of talk, but my goal and focus are on Wolverhampton.

"I'm not going to change that, things have been going really well for me. I still have a lot to learn, I have a lot to give here.

"The future will be seen soon, I like to live in the present and I'm happy, I feel great in Wolverhampton and I'll focus here, because if I do things right I'm sure the future will be bright."

Neves has two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract at Wolves.
