England goalkeeper Joe Hart returns to West Ham United's starting XI in Tuesday night's EFL Cup quarter-final at Arsenal.

England goalkeeper Joe Hart has been named in West Ham United's starting XI ahead of Tuesday night's EFL Cup quarter-final at Arsenal.

Adrian has started the past four Hammers games instead of Hart, keeping clean sheets in the past three, but David Moyes has opted to reinstate the Englishman in the Cup.

There are six changes from Saturday's 3-0 win at Stoke City, with Andre Ayew and Javier Hernandez both involved from the off.

Domingos Quina gets his first start and Winston Reid is also back after serving a one-match ban, taking over the captain's armband from Mark Noble, while Declan Rice comes in for Pablo Zabaleta at full-back.

However, Manuel Lanzini is not involved after being hit with a two-game ban for simulation in the clash with the Potters.

Arsenal, meanwhile, have changed their entire lineup from their 1-0 win over Newcastle United on Saturday.

David Ospina comes in between the sticks in the absence of Petr Cech, while Mathieu Debuchy, Rob Holding, Calum Chambers and Sead Kolasinac are handed starts in the four-man defence.

Mohamed Elneny, Francis Coquelin and Joe Willock are just ahead in midfield, while Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck line up either side of centre-forward Olivier Giroud.

Arsenal: Ospina; Debuchy, Chambers, Holding, Kolasinac; Coquelin, Willock, Elneny; Walcott, Giroud, Welbeck
Subs: Macey, Sheaf, Dasilva, Reine-Adelaide, Nelson, Akpom, Nketiah

West Ham United: Hart; Masuaku, Ogbonna, Reid, Collins, Cresswell; Rice, Obiang, Quina; Ayew, Hernandez
Subs: Adrian, Zabaleta, Makasi, Haksabanovic, Arnautovic, Sakho, Carroll
