According to the Daily Star, via the Daily Express, Arsenal and Spurs are set to battle for Spence's signature, though both clubs will need to match Boro's £20m asking price if they wish to sign the London-born defender.
Manchester City and Bayern Munich are also believed to be keeping tabs on the right-back, who was called up to the England Under-21s squad for the first time this month.
