Barcelona have reportedly set a £6m asking price for Dutch winger Ibrahim Afellay.
The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur believed to be interested.
A serious knee injury kept Afellay sidelined for the vast majority of last season and he made his return in Barca's 7-0 drubbing of Rayo Vallecano.
It was believed that the former PSV Eindhoven star would be allowed to leave on loan but reports in Spain have now hinted that he could be allowed to leave the Nou Camp permanently.
Afellay, who is currently in the Netherlands training camp ahead of Euro 2012, only joined the Catalan club in January of last year.
