Christian Atsu keen for Bournemouth debut

Christian Atsu says that he is eager to make his Premier League debut for Bournemouth.

Christian Atsu has stated that he is looking forward to making his Premier League debut for Bournemouth.

The Ghana winger has made one League Cup appearance for the Cherries since joining them on loan from Chelsea during the summer.

Atsu has admitted that he will have to be patient as he bids to impress manager Eddie Howe.

"Personally, I'm feeling fit and I'm waiting for my opportunity. I'm doing my best each and every day to be ready because I really want to play," he told Bournemouth's official website.

I hope I will get my chance soon because I have settled well off the pitch. I have lived all over the world and Bournemouth is a very nice town in my opinion. One of the most important things is that there are a lot of sunny days."

Bournemouth host Sunderland on Saturday.
